Thanks to Geraldine Lynch for the above results.

I have uploaded the route to MapMyRun. Note, there is an overlap, in the section marked "St Nicholas Park", which you pass along just before 1 Mile, and again just before the end.
The first mile is along the west along the main street, and then east past the schools.
You turn north at 1 Mile, and go over a level crossing -- I hope somebody's watching the Train Timetables ;o). It's mostly uphill from Mile 1 to 3, and the road is rather narrow from 2 to 3. Finally 3 to 5 is mostly downhill, with a sharp turn as you turn left under the railway bridge.

This was the first race in the Outfield Sports Three Counties Challenge.

The next race in this series is the The Champion Kiely Ballyneale 5k, on Friday 2nd July 2010 at 7.30pm.

Also Race 6 in Ger Wyley Sports Nike summer series will be the 18th Annual Mooney's Pub Ras Na Rinne 6 miler next Friday, June 18 at 8pm.

There were a few flyers circulating, which I've scanned :-
