Sat 12th Feb 2011...

Clare..........The last race in the 5k Frost Bite Series took place on Sat 12th in Ennis and attracted just over 100 runners. The full results can be found HERE

Clare....The AAI Munster Senior Cross Country Championships took place in Kilnaboy, Co.Clare. The results can be found in PDF format HERE
Wexford.....Not exactly Munster ;o) but still close! The Enniscorthy 10k attracted 432 runners and the results can be found HERE .......and a gallery of 69 photos HERE
Cork....The Mealagh Valley 10 mile road .....results on the Running in Cork website......
